"I went to the Williamsburg VA Discount Tire yesterday evening as the store was closing. The employees didn't tell me to come back tomorrow. They waited on me as if it was the beginning of the work day. No rushing me to make a decision. The staff keep me up to date as to the status of the progress to replace my tires. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes with a brand new set of tires. What a great experience. Thank you again to all the employees that helped me!!"

The tires are comparable to quotes from other places, but the benefits are better. Sometimes there is a wait if you don't have an appointment, but I like that you can tell they are working diligently to get customers taken care of as fast as possible."
