"I was impressed with the customer service and how clean the office was. I wasn't able to wait for my car while they inspected it. They provided an Uber driver to take me home and then to return me back to the business. They recommended some items I should repair since my car is a 2016 Hyundai. Changing fluids and filters. No pressure though to schedule those repairs. I felt like a part of their family. We had a wonderful visit! I will take my car back to American pride if I need repairs."

"This is our first time using American pride as we just moved to the area. The staff was professional, kind, and very helpful. We had an all of a sudden oil leak… Which had several issues to attend to and we were about to travel the following week. They did an excellent job, and we’re very efficient! Definitely will use them again!"

"Very friendly but deceptive; let me elaborate. I brought in my car for a state inspection, knowing it would fail. I wanted to see exactly what was wrong. They told the honest truth about what needed fixing, but when it came to the repair cost, the estimate was over $4,000. So, I researched the price of the materials needed (~$275) and hourly pay of a mechanic/ car technician (~$40 for the highest paid, ~$25 for median). I proceeded to call them back about what I discovered, and they said ~$750 once I told them I did my research. Where on earth they got +$4,000 from only God knows. I'm taking my vehicle and buisness elsewhere from now on, and it's a shame the first interaction we had was massively disproportionate to an accurate estimate. I'm glad I only paid the $20 for inspection instead of the price of a used beater. They were incredibly respectful through the entire ordeal, but sadly I cannot recommend this establishment."

"I noticed a sound when I used the brakes. I called American Pride and spoke to Jake. Due to the nature of what I was hearing, Jake suggested that I leave the car for a diagnostic check. Jake assured me that I would have transportation home and transportation back to pick up my car. The diagnostic check was shared through text and email! I appreciated the pictures with the description of what was in need to be repaired. When my car was ready Brandon assisted in the review of services and the bill.
