"This shop has really changed over the last 4-5 years. The owner is rude, doesn’t speak and he’s literally the first person you see when you walk in! They act like they don’t want your business fr. They never have the colors you ask for, and the whole vibe is off. Before they remodeled it was a pleasant place to come to. Since then prices keep changing too. It’s several shops in the area so choose wisely all I’m saying."

"New edit: I cannot shout Travis's praises enough!!! Seriously top notch nail tech and artist! I only give him a theme to go for now and love watching him have fun with doing the designs! I just added some pictures to the page but I will also add them here, both sets Travis did just yesterday and 2 weeks prior. I constantly get compliments and tell everyone who did them! And now, whenever Travis does my nails, we tend to have others coming over to watch which always gives me a giggle and a smile. Love this shop, Travis is one of the best nail techs I've ever had, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Its been almost a full year now for these nails and I'm here every 2 weeks for my fill and new design like clockwork with no plans on stopping anytime soon. Especially with Travis there. I'll keep coming back to let Travis wow me for as long as my bank account let's me lol. He's too much a wiz with the brushes to not budget for his art on my nails! (new design additions are the spooky/Halloween ones. The orange set and the black and white horror theme) Ps: considering I've had the same set of nails to get filled in for just under a year now from this salon, I've only had 4 break overall and it's because I let them grow a few days too long and got careless and my own nail tip broke but it was only extra nail. The nail and acrylic attached to my finger has not yet been affected at all and the shop has been so wonderful about having me come in and get it fixed. I've never been able to maintain a set like this so well before this salon. Or have them look so stunning all the time. So yes, they may be a few bucks extra than some other salons but in my view, well worth that plus big tips. Which I make sure to give as much as I can every time. This shop is the best I've found in a long time and I will stay loyal to places like this. __________ Originally came in this shop because another had messed up some of my acrylics and I needed them fixed. I have been religiously coming here every 2 weeks to keep them maintained. The atmosphere is gentle and upbeat and also relaxing, people are fantastic and personable and overall very sweet. And I Def have two favorite techs since I usually like to get fun designs on my nails, Travis and I can't currently remember his name right now(pretty sure it's Joseph? It's a J name and he sits up front on the right side) and they have honored me with stunning nails every time. But everyone in the shop, is also very good. And I love getting lost in the screen they have that highlights different places around the world and they are breathtaking! I will be coming to this shop as a regular for the foreseeable future and definitely recommend this shop to others. I have already brought in 2 others to this shop and every time I get new nails, I get compliments like crazy and I always tell them where I got them done. Love this nail salon!!!"

"I went to the salon 5 days ago with my young daughter and was presented with multiple staff looking confused and mouths full of food. It was difficult to explain to them what I wanted because they could not understand English very well. They tried to separate me and my daughter even after a young man translated for us that this was not our wish. Customer service needs improvement. They did well enough for my daughter and the woman that did her pedicure was very nice and thoughtful. I was thinking because of how well she handled her that maybe I’d go back to that establishment for pedicures, but when I called because I need my nail repaired from a poor dip job, she said that she may or may not charge for it. I paid $50 for manicure and dip (just 5 days ago), the manicure was poorly executed and my nail is already chipped, and another one is cracking also."
