"Great service always ! and really nice. I have been going here for awhile now but hadn't gotten my nails done for awhile probably a few months, I decide I was way over due for a Pedi ( I usually go at least once a month) and it was AMAZING the lady I wish I remembered her name did a great job but they all do and it felt so relaxing. I can't get acrylics or color polish right now due to school program I'm in so because of that I thought why bother getting a manicure but decided to get one anyways and let me tell you it was SO worth it, it felt great my nails look so good and even though all I can have is pretty much clear I got a like clear almost pink color and it looks so good and the massage she gave me was amazing. 10/10"

"I came here once before and everything was good. I was looking for this to be my permanent salon because I just moved to the area. When I booked my appointment I asked for a dip manicure with the same nail tech. She was on vacation so I asked for someone who can do a dip manicure with design. Have never had someone tell me it was extra for them to remove the dip manicure I already had on and it was extra for them to cut my cuticles. No clean up, there’s polish on my fingers, no cuticle cut, no lotion. Paid $80 for them to just put the dip polish on everything else was ridiculous.. I came in with a design with a simple heart and asked before we started if it was possible and they said yes. Then had 3 different people try it and one asked, so do you like it or not ? Obviously not it looks nothing like what I asked for. Why not just be upfront with me and say you can’t do it so I could get something else. It was supposed to be red and turned out more orange after it was finished. I voiced my concerns and all I got was rudeness. What great customer service. They knew I was unhappy with the service and just said “sorry” instead of offering to fix it . I won’t be back."

"I went here, and it wasn't bad, but I didn't feel welcome. Not even a day has gone by, and it got ruined wen I went to sleep and woke up it was like this is it possible to get a refund or get it fixed without extra charge I thought this was gel and was supposed to be dry by the time I was out of there. Not even a week has gone by, and it's already falling."

"I went in for a fill-in and when she finished they charged me $71! She didn’t shape my nails (but I was charged for a reshape) they charged me extra because I wanted different colors (but don’t they paint every nail anyway). I am from a time where we paid $15 for a fill-in now they want to charge for everything!! Never going back again"
