"I have been to several different places to get waxed, and this was BY FAR the best experience I have had. Nkanola explained everything she would do before the appointment even began and continued to explain what she was doing throughout the process while making sure I was comfortable. I’ve been to many places where there are little hairs left behind, but Nkanola spent extra time getting all of those hairs out. She also gave tips for how to continue to have easy waxing appointments in the future. We talked as if I’d been seeing her for a while now, and this was only my first visit and I definitely plan to return. Definitely would recommend anyone to go here."
"First time having my legs waxed, pleasantly surprised that it was pain free!! Brazilian waxing was good, and Nkanola really helped me relax during what can be an uncomfortable process (nature of the beast). Nkanola was warm and personable, by the time I left I felt like I had been chatting with a friend. She was especially good about giving helpful hints for after-wax care. Definitely recommend her!!"
