"Ill never shop here again. Im a hair stylist and ever since Ms. tina has gotten help from the other asian lady im constantly watched like someone is going to steal. They attempted to check my personal purse which was a small telfar(nothing can fit in that bag lol ) because the alarm kept going off. Literally have shopped here for yearssss its a black owned hair store by food lion go there! Ms. Tina and her little assistant racist as hell absolutely NOT I will take my money else where ."

"Have shopped here before with no issues but today my sister, cousin, & I came here at 7:23 PM when they close at 7:30 to get some human hair last minute. We were refused at the door and told to come back at 1:00 PM the next day, which would not be possible for us, clearly our business & money is not valuable here. Will not be back. Granted, we should have came earlier, we were only only notified about the urgency & need for hair 12 minutes past 7:00 PM. The point is the operating hours listed were not honored we were not valued as paying customers."

"I have been a regular customer at Seven Beauty ever since they opened. I have always had a great experience at this store. Fully stocked shelves, and decent customer service. On May 27th, my mom and I went to the store. As soon as we walked into the store the security alarms on the door went off. I didn’t think anything if it, because I assumed it was my car keys. As we were leaving the store, the security alarm on the doors went off again. Not only did the employees run to my mom and I to make sure we didn’t leave, but they also yelled at us to stop us from leaving. The employees forced me to walk through the doors several times to see if it would beep. Each time I walked through the doors, the alarms went off. They then took my phone, and forced me to walk through the doors once more. Again the alarms went off. Next, the employees accused me of stealing and said that I must have something because all of the items in the store are tagged. They then attempted to search my purse and my pockets. I refused to let them touch me or my purse. My mother and I told them that they would not be touching me, and to check the cameras if there is a concern of theft. I was utterly disgusted by this entire experience. Racial profiling is a continuing issue that is traumatic in itself. As black women, my mom and I unfortunately experienced racial profiling on several different occasions, and the same anger and rage occurs each time. Additionally, I was more disappointed in the customer service we experienced. After being such loyal customers for years with this business, this customer service was outrageous and truly upsetting. If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I will never return to this store to give them any business, and I suggest you refrain from visiting this store too."

"Customer service means alot to me. Walking in speaking to customers or owners is important to me. These people didn't speak to me, talked to their coworkers as if I was there. Didn't tell me my total, no goodbye, have a good day. Absolutely nothing. I'll drive a little farther now I refuse to go to this place again."
