"So I went in to this location today needing a haircut. The person who sat me down asked me what I liked and I said I needed the damage removed and she said that would be about 2 inches. (My hair was past my shoulders, i haven’t had a hair cut in over 2 years due to severe depression.) she didn’t even think about the rest of the consultation and interrupted me when I said I had 2 bald spots from when I was burned by a previous salon. Not only did she cut the 2 inches of damaged hair she went ahead and cut a total of 4 inches off my head, without my consent. No layers were added and I was not about to pay the $6 dollars for a shampoo. So I went home, and I took a shower. As soon as I got out, the hair covering the burns was much much shorter. I immediately called the salon asked for a manager and she said she’d either try to fix it or refund. I said that the original stylist took too much off so it would have to be extensions or a refund. She refunded me, yet I still haven’t seen it. I went to a salon next door and they saw my hair, the bald spots and helped tried to fix it. This experience with great clips broke my heart and will never come back again let alone tell my friends to not go. This is a turn and burn business. Not one who actually cares about the client."

"I went in today so that my child could get his haircut. After a few minutes, he started to cry (mostly expected due to his young age). The hairdresser expressed some concern with cutting his hair with the way he was acting (completely understandable) but I was holding him to protect him. After another minute or two, the hairdresser got extremely frustrated, took the cape off and threw it across the shop then refused to continue. I completely get that children are not the easiest to work with, but if it isn't something you can handle, just simply state that - don't take your anger and frustration out on my child."
