"I've been going here for almost 2 years. I enjoyed the location, ambiance and some of the smaller extra touches. In the beginning, it was much cleaner and styled much better than other salons. No one ever seemed too rushed or in a hurry to get me out which was nice. I have changed nail techs a few times. Once I find someone I like, they leave. I've now been through 3 different people who have all left. I finally found another nail tech who was good, but the last two dip manicures chipped after a few days and I noticed the station was less clean and prepared as in the past. So I switched again to another nail tech who did a great job. Prior to that appointment though, as I was selecting a color from the basket of samples, another tech came and took most of the samples in the basket I was searching for another client. I called recently to schedule an appointment with the most recent tech and they are now requiring a deposit in advance for more than 1 service. I've never been asked to do that before. It's also not been as busy and they've been less staffed over the last couple of months. It's a serious shame and disrespectful if people are scheduling appointments and not showing up. But my record should show I've never been that person. Maybe do that for newer clients or those with a history of cancelling? But something in the vibe of this place is changing and it makes me sad and no longer want to return."

Mind you ever experience prior was great but this was over the top & definitely needed. Bond was/is phenomenal! You can definitely tell he’s passionate about what he does. I have never felt this cared for/catered to/relaxed In my 16 years of getting my nails done. I’ll forever come back as long as he’s here!"
