"I arrived 10 minutes late yesterday due to traffic (I apologized profusely) and the desk assistant and the owner were nasty and rude, rude, rude. It was shocking really. I was told my stylist, April, only had 20 minutes and I'd have to settle for a dry cut. Okay, no problem. I was in and out of the chair in less than 15 minutes--no wash, no blow dry, no styling. The charge? $75. Will not return. You shouldn't either."
