"I had a terrible experience at another salon that left my hair with 4 different colors, dried out like straw and coming out in my hands in clumps. Wow did Volume 13, Shelby and Kaylee Ann come to the rescue. It was a collaborative effort and from the moment I entered the salon I knew I was in good hands. Kaylee was meticulous. Shelby was there every step of the way and the two talked in detail about the best way to mitigate damage and also get me back to looking normal. I walked out with beautiful hair, clear direction on how to take care of it (given the damage I had) and it was soft and shiny again. I cannot say enough good words about Volume 13, Kaylee Ann and Shelby. Also, the vibe of the salon was lovely, everyone was very supportive and clearly happy to be there doing their job. "Jenna at Volume 13 Salon is such a great stylist! My most recent cut with her was the best ever. My postpartum hair is a bit wavier and she gave just the right layers so it dries nicely and has waves I didn’t know existed in my hair! It’s also grown out well. In the past she’s done balayage highlights for me, and also semi permanent all over color when I decided I wanted something with less maintenance. Definitely book an appointment with her!!"
