"I call and ask questions about beard details, cuts, lineup, etc. Phone operator says yes, we do all that. I scheduled an appointment, i get there and sit and start explaining what I need and want, and the owners say no, we don't know that. We are hairstylist, not barberhsop. Maybe it is just me caus I'm new to the United States, but wow. Blessed were those times when you called a place and they didn't lie to you. They mask all of this under good treatment and clean facilities."
