"Best haircut I have ever gotten!!! I just showed Sua my inspo pic and she made it happen, even better! My hair is naturally thick so I wanted to get a cut to where it will look thinner and she texturized cut it to achieve that look while still maintaining my desired length (I already came in with a somewhat shorter hair so I wanted it to still be almost the same length, just more volume.) All of the staff are nice, would talk casually and even joke around. I love this place and will definitely come back!"

"I usually go and see Tracy for men's hair cut, she's great. Staff are friendly. Overpriced - probably for a men's haircut. However, their front desk personnel who schedules the appointments are ALWAYS inconsistent. I was scheduled at a time that an hour before they were opened. Happened twice. Along with wait times, sometimes I find myself waiting half an hour at least before I'm sat down. What's the purpose of scheduling an appointment if there's a large gap in wait time?"

"I was very excited to get my hair cut here because my family goes here regularly and they adore it so much. I went on a quiet afternoon with just one other customer in the salon. Loved that! Just one stylist and an assistant. They are very friendly. I asked for a straight cut bob only for me to get a very jagged, uneven cut. This is the usual cut I ask for in other hair salons and I always show the same photo inspiration. Now, I don’t think I would have been so upset but there’s an obvious chunk of hair that’s longer than the rest of the cut (please see photo). I know I should have spoken up but I guess my anxiety got the best of me. (again, my fault. Sorry) But also, for $60, I would have hoped for my desired cut (which I thought was pretty simple). Sorry."

"My partner had been searching for a long time for a hair salon that wouldn't give him a fade without him asking, and we finally found one! Jun is amazing and somehow knows exactly what we want- also, he knows how to work with curly hair really well! At the end of the visits, he always styles my partner's hair in these really fine ringlets we're still struggling to recreate. He's genuinely the best curly hair stylist I've ever encountered. The salon is also located in a really cozy place, and is located next to a lot of things to do. I'm a big fan of the ambience inside, and find it nostalgic and comforting. Also, there's a coat rack you can hang your jacket on, which I really appreciate. Overall, this is our favorite salon in the area and we always go here whenever my partner needs a haircut!"
