"Worst experience of my life. Showed a picture of what I wanted. Gina just shaved all of my hair off. It looked nothing like what I wanted or the picture I showed her. When I told her this, she said "this hair suits you better". EXCUSE ME?! Doesn't matter what she thinks suits me. This is not what I paid for and not what I wanted. Don't waste your time going here. They'll ruin your hair and give you a cut THEY want on you versus what you want."

"This was one of the worst expieriences I had to endure, I sat and waited for a haircut for more than an hour. I asked the lady working, if there was a sign in sheet which she said there wasn't. However, every person coming in for a haircut skipped me multiple times. So at that point, decided to walk out after wasting my time waiting patiently. I decided to drive down the road to Blue Chip Barber Shop, the customer service and atittude's were night and day. I highly recommend Blue Chip Barber Shop over Gina's any day!"
