"I would like to give this salon 5 stars. The people are nice. But I paid $160 ($175 with tip) for a cut and color. Everyone I talk to has never paid over $100, nor have I. I went back and questioned the charge and was told she did a double process by bleaching my hair first which was $100 by itself. I think I should have been informed of this charge before she did it. Granted, I did not ask the charges up front, but I never dreamed I would be charged such a high rate. Plus the skin around my face has purple dye on it. And the color is not even -which I don't understand if my hair was bleached before the dye applied. It is a poor color treatment."
