"Im sorry you were treated that way. I do want to say that salons don't operate like they used to. You have to consider. ..was that stylist a both renter? Was she even a stylist? We also have nail techs and massage therapists. They don't have any obligation under the salon to serve you. That is the worst part but legally that's the word. We don't operate in the same fason and "cater" to the public. We have a place online for people to book. We were once a walk in salon but not anymore. We don't allow children unless behaved. We spend more if or time on building a relationship with our clients than anywhere i know. You will be SURE to get the best we have to offer. This Isn't how we treat people! I can't control what an independent contractor does so ... Owner operater Tonya Stanley"
"Went to get a haircut 2 hours before close. I was ignored for a few minutes. Found the hairdresser hidden behind coynter laying on a couch. She rolled her eyes and said that neither her nor the other lady working had time for a cut. 2 hours before close."
"Easy to make appointments on-line. Sarah S. was very good - LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my color! My blonde hasn't looked this good in a loooong time. She was meticulous and clearly knew her stuff. Worth the money - I'll be back!"
