"Went to get a haircut and face wax. The customer service was excellent and my waxing was done with care and precision. Very happy with the results. My haircut however did not meet my expectations. "I already had blonde in my hair ( half foil) balayage I went to Erica to get more blonde paid 230 plus the 50 down deposit only got my ends icy and the top of my hair ORANGE went back to pay another 150 to get the orange out she still didn’t get it out . Paid a down deposit 50 to go back couldn’t make it and couldn’t get my down deposit back NO ONE SAID anything about 48hrs having to cancel just that I had to put a deposit down nothing about what I need to do go get it back if I want cancel . Go to hair benders they work with your money and you don’t have to put a down deposit that you can’t get back"
