"These other reviews are probably incentivizing reviews. I did not have a great experience here between the doctor switching two times, change in location which I didn’t find out until the night before my appointment when they called trying to reschedule it. Also, from the beginning of my treatment I was told my concerns would be addressed which did not happen I don’t feel as confident and happy with my results unfortunately. After moving to the new location, I felt like the team and doctor included started treating me differently , no clear communication between the assistants and the doctor. Yesterday, the assistant asked before taking braces off where they clear to proceed and the doctor say verbatim “well what does the chart say” so he took it off. When I came back for my retainer, the doctor puts it on but proceeded to say you have two small gaps that I didn’t see before and I’m thinking of course you didn’t because she was too lazy to do another check before he broke the brackets off. Mind you I travel 5 hours to finish my treatment and I felt a lack of respect for me and my time. I am honestly flabbergasted by the reviews posted here because I was not given the same positive experience. Prior to doctor and location change, I would’ve had better reviews but i cannot say the same now. They also fail to explain why my doctor left or anything and I feel like my treatment plan was not followed properly especially considering I paid for this out of pocket as a college student so I had to share my experience. I don’t recommend but maybe someone else will have a better experience than me."
