"Over charging dental surgery. They asked me to pay $1200 up front to get my daughter's wisdom teeth out even tough we have 2 dental insurances. The lady at the office told me that they would give us refund once insurance claim is paid. It's been over 8 months since the treatment, I've received multiple emails asking to pay more without a single letter of explanation of billing. I checked my insurance company and found out that I only needed to pay $468.60. The dental office keeps saying that the computer billing system has not been working for months so they can't retrieve any information about the case. How convenient for them!!"

"I have severe dentist phobia due to a bad experience from my childhood. Even though I have worked on it and am able to sit through routine dental annuals, tooth extractions still freak me out big time. When my dentist recommended Dr Liu, I didn’t know what to expect. So I set up a consult. Dr Liu is the utmost professional and kind surgeon. He reassured me it would be fast and I would not be in pain. On the day of the extraction, his assistant, Dallas was calm and supportive. She understood my anxiousness and repeatedly reassured me and was the calm voice through out. Thanks to her support I was able to stay calm. After I was numbed Dr Liu came in and extracted the tooth in less than 2 mins. I actually think it was shorter than that because all I heard him say was “just pressure”, and then “ok, done.” I stared at him in utter disbelief. Prior to my tooth extraction I had asked around and many people told me I was in good hands and that Dr Liu is awesome and how good he is, but after today, I am completely convinced. He is!! And his staff from the check in to Dallas to check out, they were all so kind and supportive. What an awesome place!"

"I scheduled my boyfriends appointment almost 3 weeks in advance for wisdom teeth removal just to be prepared with cost and the procedure over all, and chose to come here because this is an office we refer to a lot. Coming from someone that works in the dentistry field, I am honestly disappointed at how they handle their billing/claims. Every time we called “their system was down” which doesn’t make sense, cause how do they even run on a broken system. We had to pay 40% downpayment, and were not advised of any cost ahead of time. So it came as a surprise when we came to checkout to such a big amount. After a procedure on which he was put under, that should’ve been the least of our concerns specially knowing we have dental and medical insurance to cover for some of the costs, and to this day they haven’t cleared or submitted anything."
