"I couldn't have asked for more from my experience. The office doesn't overbook itself so they had room for me when I had tooth pain and needed help. We called other offices and they weren't available with 1-2 days. Regarding money, the cost seemed fair, and I was paying out of pocket, which they had plans in place to help with. After a cavity was found I was given a treatment plan that included the possibility of a root canal with costs outlined. The infection was very close to the root, so there was a possibility that a root canal was going to be needed. After the cavity was removed and temporary crown was placed I still felt sick for a while, so we concluded it would be best to proceed with the root canal and then secure the permanent crown. At my request the progress of the dental procedure was explained to me as we went, so that I'd have an idea of where we are in the process. Everything was explained very well and the procedure went very well too, from what I could tell. Its been 3 months and I'm feeling great and loving my new crown. "I have always been terrified of the dentist due to awful experiences that I’ve had in the past, but walking into this office and meeting the people here was such a relief for my anxiety. I chipped my front tooth at work a little while ago and had a tough time finding a dentist that would work with Worker’s Comp (not to mention that I am only around 22 so I’m not exactly sure how Worker’s Comp works) but the lovely lady at the front asked me all the questions she needed to and informed me of how the process works and made me feel much more comfortable. The dentist himself was one of the kindest men I have ever met, he walked me through all my options with fixing this chipped tooth even going, as far as explaining each option, what it meant, and how it would affect the long run. I have to set up another appointment to go back and get a permanent mold for my tooth and I will be coming back in the future for all cleanings another appointments. If you’re thinking about changing your dentist, I would definitely recommend coming here."
