I acknowledged her rudeness but didn’t let it be known on the phone and she said “yup your order is here”, I said “okay, thank you very much see you soon” and before I can say anything else she hung up the phone. She didn’t say your welcome or anything. I’ll never be ordering from here again."
"I usually don’t leave reviews but it’s the end of the day & I’m STILL thinking about my interaction. Didn’t get the name of the employee but I called this morning at 11:11AM to inquire about a specific shoe- the male employee quickly suggested I check the website & I said it wasn’t on there. I work in customer service too so I recognize how annoying these calls can be HOWEVER, it’s never ok or appropriate to laugh at a customer while on the phone with them & hangup abruptly. It was so rude, condescending & honestly embarrassing- no customer should ever have to go through that. Very jarring experience. Please do better."
