"Always been very pleased with my service I've gotten, but recently communication has seem to have a breakdown I had two procedures that I had asked to be done at the same time to decrease the amount of work I had to miss. Upon arriving to my appointment they were running late, an hour later they performed one procedure and informed me they would not be doing the other. I think communication and letting people know what the intent is before they get there would be a service that they could focus on. The patience time is valuable as well as theirs."

"I have gone to Morrison Dental since 2001 and never had a problem until my recent visit where a Dentist came in NECER introduced himself didn't even know who he was. He was not gentle and a couple of times I actually pulled away he would say sorry and do it again. He is the ONLY Dentist I have ever had that kept trying to pull my bridge out. He kept shaking it and pulling on it. He asked if it was loose I told him no he seemed frustrated and kept wiggling my bridge and then got the carbon paper and made me bite on it after I told him it doesn't rub he didn't seem to believe me. Then he said we'll ur bridge is a little loose and ur teeth seem to move when you clinch your teeth. It wasn't until I looked up their practice that I actually learned the Denist's name and I would NEVER recommend this Dentist to anyone. I will NOT ever see this Dentist again and if I have to change dentists after all these years so be it because it is not worth damaging my teeth over a Dentist I don't trust."
