"My husband and I ordered lunch today. We asked for French fries with our meals. We were disappointed to get waffle fries instead of the traditional fries. When we inquired about this, we were told that waffle fries had just begun being served and the regular fries were no longer available. We feel we should have been told about this new change when we ordered, especially since regular fries were shown with the meals on the menu board. Neither of us like waffle fries and did not eat them. What a waste of our money, not to mention the waste of food. On top of that, the waffle fries were cold. We strongly suggest bringing back the regular fries."

"Andrew and the other staff member"s are awesome. Friendly, professional, and they care about you and your needs. Very clean dining area, bathrooms. The food is fresh and hot. I visit a lot when I have doctor's appointments it's a major difference between my hometown Danville which is horrible but I will make a drive to Lynchburg because it's worth it."

"When it reopened it was on point! Now the food is good but they get my order wrong everytime. The last 3 times I've been something was missing or wrong item. Ordered chicken and got fish, & side was coleslaw, it was not even in the bag. They were busy but they had 9 people working. Also not one single person touching the food had on gloves. They really need to get it together!"
