"This location has 3 bays. On this day at 11:20 am all three bays were full. I was the only car waiting behind those inside the bay. The attendant can out and told me it would be just a minute. I waited in line for 26 minutes before I was told to pull into the bay. Once inside no one said a word . I was inside the bay sitting in my car for exactly 24 more minutes. At this point I motioned to the attendant that I had things I had to do and couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave . The attendant was polite the whole time and said ( I UNDERSTAND) . At that point he said have a good day and I left. Perhaps they can change the name to 45 min waiting available. BTW HAS ANYONE THAT COMPLAINED GOT ANY SATISFACTION FROM THE MANAGEMENT?"

"Complete lack of leadership and integrity! Still sitting in the bay as I write this. I arrived for my oil change and they started draining my oil and got right to work. 20 minutes later, I’ve heard nothing and no update. I see the rep on the phone, then talking to who I assume is the “boss,” DJ, but completely avoiding eye contact with me. This went on for a while and after finally flagging down the rep, she tell me they don’t actually have my filter and will have to drive down the road and buy one. At no point did anyone come up and address the issue with me or give me a status. There is no leadership at this store. And as I’m sitting here still, they shut the garage door on someone’s truck. DJ laughs about it and just shakes his head. Finally, more than an hour in the bay later, they still charge me $110 for the oil change… no discount for their incompetence. Unbelievable. If I were the owner, I’d be worried."

"This Valvoline location used to be my absolute favorite, but I have been so disappointed the last two times I have tried to get my oil changed here. Today I arrived at 5:02pm and the gentleman told me he was sorry but they just closed and it clearly says on the website that they close at 6pm on Saturdays, and the time before I arrived and was told they were out of oil. Do better! I really enjoyed this location."
