"The customer service and attention to detail was above expectations. Alison started our experience and it just went up from there. She was VERY knowledgeable and recommended OUTSTANDING suggestions. Nathan was the cherry on top of our night. I can’t give anything but high praises for the experience. If you don’t read any other review beyond ours know that you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Whenever we come back in town or know anyone coming to Roanoke this will be the FIRST suggestion for an Epic experience. The music, food and service was not only memorable but one to go in the book. "Great food and drinks. Especially love the chicken sharwarma wrap for quick lunches. Service is always great. Music and DJ's on the other side of resturant on select nights. Typically hip hop on Fri & Sat. Popular on weekends. Highly recommend."
"I wish I could give this zero stars!! This place has absolutely terrible customer service and I don’t know the quality of the food because what they sent me was nothing like what I ordered and it looked nasty so I threw it away. In the photos you’ll see what I ordered from GrubHub versus the receipt that came from the place and when I called them they hung up on me three times before finally taking my call and the guy was a jerk on the phone and did not care about fixing the issue!"
