"I arrived at the shop at 9:03am but didn't leave until 5pm because I was waiting for my car to be looked at after it stalled the night before. When my car was taken to the garage I was told that I needed to come back in the morning because they sent in the wrong parts. Despite all of that Dexter was nice and we made great conversation while I waited. He even added on a discount for the repairs. They run on a first come first serve basis, so try to go during the week if it isn't urgent."

"Absolutely terrible place. I showed up at 8 am for an oil change and left at 11:30 am. They also charged me for their most expensive oil change when I had just asked for a regular oil change. They never clarified BEFORE they performed the oil change that they were going to do their most expensive oil change which cost me 100 dollars. For an OIL CHANGE. In fairness to them, I said "I need an oil change" and they said "sure, and we will also do an inspection of the vehicle as well, is that okay?" which TECHNICALLY is them asking to do their most expensive oil change, but is very obviously framed to sound as if it's something they do with every normal oil change. Very disingenuous sales practices there. They should clarify what kind of oil change the customer wants. I drive a Corolla, not a Corvette, no person in their right mind would pay 100 dollars for an oil change in a Corolla. I'm never coming here again."

"I had a terrible experience with this place over the summer. My car was working well enough when I brought in for some routine maintenance and to fix the cause of some squeaking from the engine. About a month after the service, Things deteriorated quickly. Problems with the belt that was serviced started to increase. My car sat in their lot for long stretches receiving little or no attention, despite nearly daily calls for updates. Not only did they end up holding my car for about a month total (after the initial work took only about 2 days), I was constantly lied to and put off by the manager at the time. Ultimately, he was fired for unrelated reasons, but the damage in my mind was done. I cannot in good conscience recommend the facility to anyone. I didn't even mention the absolutely ludicrous rates they offered me on financing through their partner company. I don't want to even say what mine was without looking at the agreement again to make sure I'm not losing my mind, but "conveniently," it was never emailed to me and the link on their site downloads an unreadable file. Make of that what you will. Combine all of this unpleasantness with the fact that every one of my car friends told me I had been overcharged for the work (after the fact) and it's just an overall bad experience."

"I made a phone call to see if there was availability and there was. The Store Desk Administrator was very professional both on the phone and in person. Hunter was very knowledgeable as I explained situations that was happening to my car and fave really great recommendations. The timing of my car being taken in was timed great. I recommend getting here early as it is a first come and first serve for State Motor Vehicle Inspections. I was really happy with the outcome especially after calling about 20 places in the past two days checking for availability. The place did a standup job and vehicle feels amazing. They do Military discounts as well. They will give a summary review and recommendations for your vehicle. This is my new place. I highly recommend this place."
