"I called the shop to inquire about a service to my vehicle just to get an angry older male say Hello and called me the B word and hung up on me. All I said was Hello. I called back thinking maybe I called the wrong number and he started yelling and saying "Quit calling" and hung up. I think this person is having a bad day. Hope they feel better."
"Brought my truck in to have my Speedometer tested to see how off it was due to a speeding ticket I got. The owner hit my mirror on something and didn’t say anything to me when he was finished. I ended up calling up there and asking if they did and they said yes, brought my truck back to the shop an hour or 2 later for them to fix it and he was rude about it and told me not to bring my truck back. I highly recommend you don’t use this shop for any work."
"I went there for a calibration. I dealt with both, Mike, and Carol. They were great! Very nice, and engaging. As a customer I appreciate that. None likes feeling like a number. They even remembered my friend that sent me their way! That is one on one customer service! I even asked pricing for my breaks because there is a noise. There was no well we'll have to take a look and then let you know. They gave me straightforward pricing. As a woman, I really appreciate that. They are a little out of the way, but definitely worth the little bit of a drive to get to them. I would definitely tell anybody that I know to go to them!"
"On the recommendation of a friend, I took my son's car to them. I told him that I thought it was the fuel pump. I receive a call later that day stating my car just needed gas. He said a full diagnostic was done on the vehicle. He was extremely polite at this time. I had no problem paying the fee for the diagnostic and was happy that's all that was wrong. I took my son to pick up his car, filled his tank and left. Not even 2 days later, the car isn't starting again. Since it was a holiday weekend, I had to wait until Tuesday (today) to call. I proceeded to tell him what happened and that obviously there is something wrong with my car. He proceeds to say, "Well, it must be the fuel pump." Which is what I said in the first place. Once I said something needs to be done to fix this, his attitude changed and we was very rude. All I wanted was to bring it back and have the cost of the diagnostic used towards getting the fuel pump fixed. I did not get any apology for the mistake, just told to take my car elsewhere and a hang up. Maybe not jump the gun next time with being rude and work on the customer service a bit."
