"My BF brought his truck in for exhaust pipe needing to be welded back together. The guy he talked to was rude. He explained he needed the pipe welded and showed him a picture on his phone. Guy asked if he had more pictures and he didn't. Guy then stated 'I can't help you right now! I'm too busy and proceeded to yell next' to the other guy waiting! Great customer service skills..Not!"
"The days of being able to go to big also and it was cheap is over people. Man it took 10 minutes for him to add up what amounted to be more than what the car was worth. It's an 08. So.... Back in the day. As long as it wasn't the cat. 5-6 hundred tops. I'm not even gonna tell u what the estimate was. U would laugh but then be concerned like who did pay that? Wow. Little old ladies beware"
