"Big big shout out to Mark for getting me set up on a nice pair 2449 style boots. Although they didn't have them in stock, Mark let me try on a pair that was almost the same to make sure they fit and had my pair overnighted to my house from the Richmond store."

"The staff welcomed me with a smile as I entered the store, which was very nice. I came in already knowing what safety shoe I wanted, so the Certified Fit Specialist walked me to the shoe on display I was looking for, so I confirmed that was it. I was asked if I had ever been fitted with their custom fit technology, which I had not, so that was a pretty cool experience. After being fitted, the Specialist asked which sizes I wanted to try, so when he returned with the Ecolite's I wanted, he also brought the same style of Irish Setters, which I wasn't aware of, so that was nice. I had mentioned earlier that I had been buying the Irish Setter boots for many years. I tried on both pairs and loved them both, so a tough decision, but I stuck with my original choice & bought the Ecolite's."

"Leah helped get me fitted for a pair of Blacksmith boots, and I cant say enough good things about my experience. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and got me exactly what I needed. I've wanted to upgrade to a higher quality boot for a while, and have had no luck trying to find a pair that fit my style and my needs. I should have come here years ago, because the craftsmanship is top notch and the boots look fantastic. The store didn't have the pair I wanted in stock, but she was able to order them for me and had them delivered. I'll definitely be returning here in the future- good service and products are hard to find these days, but Red Wing in Charlottesville has both."
