"I was returning items I bought online when I was visiting town. I wanted to try on clothes because I like the style but the sizing is very roomy so nothing I ordered fit. They encouraged me to try on plenty of items knowing I was not a local. They honored to online deal and I found several pretty and comfortable items for the next season. The full prices are steep but watch for the sales and order a smaller size than you usually wear. Best to go here so you can try the clothes on. They don't mind even when you try on lots."

"Great libe of clothes for women. Wide range of styles. Their sales are excellent. Items not on sale can be pricy. Quality is usually excellent. Styles are classic rather than trendy. I have several tops that are 10 years old. You should read the labels carefully as sometimes items must be hand washed and line dried. All the ladies who work here are friendly and more than willing to help find a style or size. They do computer searches if you cannot find an item in the store"

"Super nice sales associates who are super helpful. I've seen some very rude customers in the store and the sales ladies are always nice and friendly (If I had worked at JJILL, I would have lost it dealing with some of the people who shopped there). The associates aren't super pushy which I like but they also offer suggestions or other styles if things don't work well. They also have good sales, if you time it right, you can get some pretty expensive items 30% off and sometimes they have more off their sale items."

"Stopped in, dog-eared catalog in hand, and was given exemplary customer service. The good, old fashioned variety where the salesperson actually listens and makes insightful suggestions. She did not hover nor over-service my shopping. Never a disappointment here. The staff is gracious and competent, the garments are good, classic wardrobe staples."

"I really like their clothing. It is comfortable and nice looking. I am in my mid-40's and I don't want to look like an old lady, but I also do not want to wear teen clothing. I especially like the print shirts here and often combine them with solid pieces I buy elsewhere. The salespeople are quite helpful. The full prices are quite high, but this company has frequent sales. I wait for the sales to get what I want."
