Service promised our vehicle in five days and did not give back until seven days without any notification. We received the keys to our vehicle and was told it's parked out there. Not kidding!!! All we wanted was acknowledgment of the mishap. We will use another location for service."

"Customer service sucks. All they do is lie and try overcharge you for everything. Service Manager supposed to have ordered a turbo for my car and call me when it was in . I'm still waiting on the call. He gave me a phone and says call me direct I'll answer. Yeah right!!! But thanks though because I save $1200 and order my own OEM Turbo and installed it myself. Car runs excellent. Poor customer service."
