"***This is an update to my visit from 4 months ago. In my initial review, I stated there were minor things I noticed with my vehicle. One of those issues was a bubble on my side door where the paint has now come off. I took my vehicle back to Caliber Collision two weeks ago about the paint issue. I spoke to Ashley who likes to say anything so that you don’t have a rebuttal. Nick did advise Ashley that I pointed out the bubble concern back In Aug 2023. She said she would see if there was a recall with Nissan and call me back. She never called me back and continued to lie. I called Nissan and there was no recall with my specific vehicle. Ashley said she was waiting for paperwork from Nissan about the paint recall and would call me back but never did. Ashley, the paint recall is for the 2013 Nissan and is specific to the VIN. I asked her what would it cost if I were to have Caliber Collision to repaint, and Ashley said she would gather the information and call me back and never did. Lastly, I will say that although Caliber Collision did a great job on my bumper, they say it’s a coincidence that the paint suddenly came off my vehicle. I bought my vehicle brand new. I am not happy with how I’ve been treated since this issue. Ashley, I previously worked in customer service and knew that 9 times out of 10 the problem had nothing to do with me. However, you could have gained more business by working with me to remedy the paint issue even if you claim you’re not liable. You completely discarded it and for that you are incompetent for your lack of awareness, integrity, and trustworthiness. Future customers, be aware of how your vehicle looks before and after. If by chance something happens where you will have to come out of your pocket, do not deal with Ashley because she will gaslight you and will not call you back to help you. ——————————————————————— ***Aug 17th*** I didn’t know what to expect when taking my vehicle here, but I can honestly say that they did a great job! The associates gave me a daily update via text message which I appreciated! When I picked up my vehicle, there were minor things that I noticed and Nick took care of it right away. He was proactive and didn’t treat me like I was pestering him. Excellent customer service from the beginning until the end! Highly recommend!"

"Good grief the level of incompetence is astounding. Took our car there for repairs for right front end and passenger side impact. When my girlfriend gets the car home and I drive it I immediately notice the car is pulling to the left. Come to find out they never did an alignment after working on the car. Have to take the car BACK up there to have them look at it and the entire right front suspension is bent and damaged that they somehow didn't see the first time. Take the car BACK a 3rd time to get it fixed and they initially tell us they ordered the wrong part. Then come back and say they have the correct parts after all. We started asking for a rental car at 1:00 and was told her car would be ready by 1:30. 1:30 came and went and even after repeated requests for a rental car, they refused to get her a rental and her car wasn't finished until 3:30. I wouldn't let these guys put air in my tires. UPDATE - So after being told the car would "be ready in 30 minutes"... 2 hours later it's done. My girlfriend was there a little after 9:00 this morning because she had to work at 4:00 this afternoon. Now because of her car not being done she had to miss work. This literally COST me money to have them fix their mistakes. If I could send them a bill I would. Absolutely ridiculous."

I was able to meet with the estimator very quickly, and they started work on my vehicle the next day. They send daily text updates. The work was complete in a week; I was shocked!
