Waller Tire Place

"I dropped my husband off to work this morning and he told me about the tire place right across from his work yard. He told me they would be open, so I waited and rolled down my window to ask if they could look at my tire. I saw someone and asked would they please look at my tire, it keeps going flat, I had my 5 month old with me and my 7 year old. Our tired went flat the day prior and overnight. He tells me that they don't open until 8, I'm like okay. I go up the street to find a tired place to go to, couldn't find it and on the way back I see the same tire shop (this one) that said they were closed open and fully operating. HORRIBLE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. If you didn't want to service me you could have just said so. It wouldn't have killed you to look at my tire since not even five minutes later you were open and it was not 8 o'clock. I wasn't rude, very polite. That's why I wrote the review instead of getting mad, I'd rather express my feelings in this way because I would never and will never patronize this business again. If you lied about something so simple I can't imagine trusting you with my vehicle even if it is just a tire."

"Great service! FAST! AND HONEST!! I will never go anywhere else again. I got a tire plugged ( though I asked for a patch) in May due to a screw I picked up somewhere. A slow leak started and the place I took it to said they couldn't fix it once it had been repaired once they quoted me 500$ to wear a 2 new tires to an acceptable tread to replace it, so I didn't have to replace all 4. I said no thank you and I'd keep filling it till I decided what to do. My husband and I talked about it and I decided to bite the bullet and get a whole new set. my husband had a great experience at waller before so I went there. He was able to take out the plug and patch the tire for 20$. Saving me time and money with his honesty!!! Thank you thank you! You all are the best!"
