"Highly incompetent when it comes to maintaining appointments. Husband had appointment for March 1st. Office bombarded him with notices to make an appointment. He calls to find out that they have removed him with no explanation and refuse to reinstate his appointment. So now he has had to schedule for the end of this year. He will not have a dental cleaning for one whole year because of the idiots staff. Strongly don't recommend."

"The staff here are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond. There was an oversight due to a recent change in my insurance. The office staff were quick to resolve the issue and took full responsibility for the error, even though it was nothing they had done. I still place full blame on the insurance company, but they graciously took care of it all."
