I was driving my truck from hartsville sc when i get to virginia i park on the ramp on exit 89 next to ta truck stop i stop at 10 pm and wake up at 4 am when i try to start my truck its not start when i turn the keys the light inside turn on but its not crank i call this place they send a guy when he get to the truck he was trying to jump start the starter and its not start and then told me its cpc i told him its not the cpc they charge me 230$ when he left i check its was a bad fuses i replace the fuses boom the truck start becareful with them they almost mess up my life that day this cpc cost over 5000 and not easy to found they are a scam please dont call them for services god save me from get rob by them"

"I had a serious issue with my 07 Prevost coach caused by a blow out of a tire. My coach was losing air pressure and listing to one side. On top of that my transmission would not shift out of first gear. I called Northern Motors and talked to Lyle Durant. He had me bring it in and immediately jumped on it, diagnosed the two problems, explained it all and tried to get the right parts. We had to order an air bag and get it shipped in overnight. I was able to stay in my coach overnight and he even offered me the use of a vehicle if needed. The next day the part came in and he jumped on it himself so I could get back on the road. As I am in the Automotive repair business myself, I felt the charges were more than fair and I couldn't say enough about how I was treated there. If your ever broken down near Ashland VA, don't hesitate to call Northern Motors."

"We had our truck for repair in Norther service and they replaced one sensor for the Def and did regen of our truck. They never gave me estimate and after the work was done they charged me $3070 for the repair I had to pay but I will not recommend this shop to anybody unless you want to be overcharged!!!!!! Definitely shady business! EXACTLY THE SAME HAPPEN TO ME FROM THIS GUYS PLEASE NEVER GO ON THIS PLACE"
