"poor service; my dentist siragusa is out on vacation and all of his patients are supposed to use this dentist as a referral. I get there and find out that after I gave them my insurance information over the phone the day before they decided to call this morning as I was driving in more importantly as I'm still sitting in the office filling out their paperwork. They find out that their office does not accept my insurance thus I've wasted 2 hours of my time this morning- You would think if they dentist office was referring patients to another dentist office while they were closed they would ensure that they would accept the same insurance if not process it as a referral but apparently that's too much work for them to try to figure out this is a piss poor effort on both offices"
