"She told me a lump on my back inside gum was bone. It continued to bother me for months until it became severely painful and infected. I had another dentist and surgeon take care of it. She was also rude to me on the phone once when I called her for advice. I had seen another dentist because they specialized in an issue I was having. She acted offended that I had seen the other dentist as if going behind her back. It was wierd. Bottom line- communication issues and lack of trust in providers decisions."
