"My mom who posted about 2 or 3 weeks ago about this office, just got off of the phone with these people and guess what? Her crown is still not ready. They rush her off the phone always! I have watched my mom be embarrassed to talk to other people with an off-colored temporary tooth in her mouth. Each week she is promised her crown and when she calls it’s always an excuse. This is beyond unprofessional!"

"I wish I could give these awesome people 10 stars instead of 5. I visited today on an emergency, I had a severe toothache the night before my visit, I had suspected I had a really bad cavity and they verified that for me. I was also able to use my CareCredit card here which was a major plus as well. They made sure to get all that straightened out for me and verified too. The staff was very friendly to me and the other patients visiting today. I had next to no pain when they were extracting the tooth, only part that hurt was getting numbed up but that didn't take long at all. The doctor was very thorough and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I'm very thankful to have came here today and I'll definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family! Thank you so much!!!"

"I would not recommend Affordable Dentistry to anyone. I went there for service on August 8th. I received teeth cleaning and need dentures and I asked about fixing me up for dentures. Well I'm still waiting for them to get back to me for an appointment to come in to be fitted for dentures. They never filed the claim with my dental insurance and they are not professionals in my book because this is the way they treat new patients."

"Front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Told me I didn't have an appointment even though I literally called to check a few days prior to coming in. She then proceeded to make a face as I am telling her that I called to confirm, and this appointment was made a while back. I am also disappointed because I went to this location after I had a gum swell behind my tooth. The doc told me to just floss better and it's nothing concerning but after 2 weeks, I went for a follow up at his dad's location who told me I have periodontal disease. That kind of thing doesn't happen overnight and I am so frustrated that neither of them warned me from the beginning stages."

"The front desk staff are completely unprofessional. Every time I come in, I have a problem with them. They either schedule my appts wrong or the staff are rude or clueless. I was told it was fine to come in as long as I wasnt 10min late. I got there at 10:08am. They check me in 10:10. They started having a conversation about something else instead of checking me in or asking if it was still fine to see me. At 10:20 They then listen to the call I had that told me it was fine with me coming in late. At 10:25 they asked the doctor if he would still see me. That should have been the first thing done. At 10:30 they asked me to reschedule. They dont have anything until 2 months out. The time before that they were training a receptionist. Her partner refused to help her or train her. The only person that is nice is the doctor."
