"Experienced poor customer service at this auto shop. I visited with a tire that was leaking air. The owner informed me that they were too busy to inspect it that day. When I requested if they could at least add some air to my tire, I was told the hose couldn't reach outside. However, shortly after leaving, I noticed the owner using the hose to add air to another car parked outside the shop. Be warned!"
"Car came into this shop with a banged up air condenser and other related issues, and the mechanics here were able to sort it out fast and for a real fair price! Could not recommend the service here enough: fast, communicative, and so personable!"
"Phenomenal service from all of the staff there! They fixed an issue with my car that had been going on for years and were very friendly and cordial about doing so. The owner of the shop is very personable and helped me through the process however he could, even checking in to make sure everything is all in order after the fact! They also helped me get an emissions inspection after all of the repairs done. I wouldn’t bring my car to any other shop in the area but here!"
"The staff here is nothing but amazing and professional. I got my state inspection here and a tire issue. Rather than pulling the typical move of our car dealerships and making me buy new tires, they recommended a simple patch that would only cost me 35 bucks. Fast and efficient service and will go to them for all my needs!"
"Have used their services a few times and always great which is why I came back yesterday for a safety inspection and oil change. They were great and speedy as always but the end of the transaction was surprisingly negative. My AC was working fine when we I handed over to them. When I got back in my jeep after service was complete, AC nor heat would blow at all. I went back simply stating the AC wasn't working when it was before, curious if something could have happened/jarred loose to make the AC stop working as they were doing the inspection / oil change. they became very rude and defensive right away for the simple statement - it was working on the way there and now not. They said nothing they did would touch AC, but the wires they eventually looked at under the glove box to confirm I need a new blower, running $200-300 to replace, were not visible from driver seat before I handed over to them, and now are visible (and visible prior to them checking after I noticed AC wasn't working). Maybe a coincidence, but also witnessed them slamming my door into a cart or shelf beside it (not a big deal, but sign of lack of carefulness), so having a hard time believing it was just a coincidence. I've had no issues with my AC prior and no signs it was going bad. Perhaps it was just a coincidence, but no need to be so rude about it when I was asking a simple , reasonable question about it working before and not after. Disappointed because this has been my goto place for a couple years now, even brought my sister as a new customer today, and not sure I feel comfortable going back. In addition, during my sister's inspection the mechanic came out to let her know she had a bulb out and would be $20 to replace. She said to go ahead with the replacement for $20, but when we got home she noticed on the receipt she was charged $55. Lastly, he complained about how late we came in, but we called ahead and he told us to come at 2pm. When we reminded him of that, he said he didn't know we needed an oil change, but we had already told him from the start we were flexible and that they could keep it until Monday to do the oil change, not wanting them to rush or work late for that."
