"I would like to share my experience with Dr. Mercado's Dentistry Office. I found this dentistry office approximately eight month ago when seeking a good dentist. During these eight months I had three different procedures done - two with Dr. Mercado and one done by another doctor that works there on Fridays (My apologies for not remembering her name). They are both not only very professional, but both have good hands. They both explain in detail the problem and the available options. They both are very concern with the level of pain (if any) that I'm feeling when undergoing any procedures. As recent as 8 November 2018, I had a painless deep-cleaning done by Dr. Mercado. This is the first time that I have this procedure done and I did not feel anything at all. In addition, the doctor's dental assistant is awesome. She very informative as well and communicates my concerns to the doctor. She also communicates with me constantly while taking X-rays, pictures, etc. The office assistant, Bella, is very helpful from the very beginning you make the appointment. Upon my request, she provides me with my health insurance coverage and my out-of-pocket cost. It does not matter how many times I call to ask questions, she is always very professional and helpful. Appointments: The process of obtaining appointments is easy and does not frustrate me. Equipment Appearances: The dental equipment looks modern, always very clean and well sanitized. Office Appearances: The office in general is always very clean and in good order. Office Parking/Accessibility: The office is very accessible and has a big free parking."
