I was seen promptly and they minimized the paperwork down to the essentials. I was in and out in record time with a referral, a supplemental insurance form they anticipated I'd need (that they pre-filled!), streamlined instructions for next steps, and no hassle with/waiting for insurance paperwork. This team is fantastic. I will be making them my primary dentist."

"I took my 5 year old son due to him complaining of a tooth ache the night prior. They were able to give me a same appointment and they also had a a hygienist (I think that’s what her profession was) who spoke Spanish and was able to be with my son who primarily speaks Spanish. They were very friendly my son felt comfortable with the doctor and sat in the hair while he got a regular cleaning without a problem. Very friendly staff and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend this dentist."

"I arrive to my appointment today early eager to have a painful chipped tooth fixed. Turns out I had gotten the day of the appointment wrong. Each member of their team was genuinely considerate kind and above all professional. They manage to squeeze me: Provided me with the teeth cleaning ,x-rays, and repaired a cracked tooth and they did it all without forgetting the Novocain. Superior dental care by any standards and especially so considering I accidentally showed up on the wrong day. I have been a loyal client and their for many years that has only become a more solidified fact after today experience. The dental assistant is very reassuring and attentive and then dentist has competent clever hands, and above all Trish the receptionist keeps the whole show running smoothly. Their Stength They each possess complement the others well."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Phan since the beginning when she opened her practice. I find her and her staff to be professional, comfortable, and delightful to work with. Like most "normal" people, I hate going to the dentist for other than teeth cleaning, but Dr. Phan has performed root canals and extraction and has made both bridges and crowns for me. Although some of the procedures made me feel less than joyful when I left the office, they were warranted. They are punctual and efficient, with never a wait period. I feel like Dr. Phan and her staff are family. Even though I live minutes away from her Kingstowne office, I prefer going to the Martha Custis location for the reasons I cited above. I have and would continue to highly recommend Dr. Phan to my friends. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the lowest, I would give this family dentistry office a 12."
