Pohanka Lexus Service

"The absolute worst place to purchase and service a vehicle. I bought an is250 certified. The dealer failed to inform me that certification doesn’t require them to sell the vehicle properly aligned. 10k miles later driving on good paved roads all 4 tires that were sold “80% life in them” are completely shredded and have to be replaced and I am liable because it’s my fault they sold me an unaligned certified vehicle. My card is charged by mistake 10k for what should be $1300. I pick up the car after it’s serviced and 20 miles in, the tire light starts blinking and the car computer is not reading tire pressure. I call in and they tell me that I can’t drive it and have to have it towed at my own expense. When I ask to speak with someone competent, they tell me it’s ok to drive it in if the tires “look ok”. Now I am in a long line sitting at the dealership because they refuse to schedule an appointment. Thankfully I won’t need the car in 6 months and will never buy another Lexus."

"Worst Lexus dealership I have ever been to, I have been loyal to the brand for many years this is by far the one dealership I would stay away from and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Multiple hidden fees and extra charges even when the vehicle is under warranty, and on top of it all, they will not give a loaner until you sit there and wait for 2 hours until the vehicle that is under warranty gets the diagnostic done that also costs $190. It is a shame they are allowed to be called a Lexus dealer. The brand needs to hold them to the standard, I’ve had way better service else where."

"Just about done with this place. The convenience and service is good (I assume), but I can't anymore with the condescending tone of the people by the computers and the prices. I don't need you to list what needs to be done when I ask for an explanation. I'm trying to be informed about what exactly warrants a $700 service."

"I brought my Lexus RX 350 to Pohanka for routine service. Upon arriving, I was helped by Hetty Stoner. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative. She gave me a detailed explanation of what service would be done, the cost and how long the service would take. It was a pleasure doing business at Pohanka with such warm and friendly personnel."

"I called Pohanka Lexus Service at 10:50 AM this morning to ask a question about my mileage at last service appointment and re. the 60K miles service needed. At the end, the service rep. told me I still had the 55K and 60K complimentary service. I asked are you sure, are you looking at my account - specifically for my phone number? He said was sure. Before heading over I called to check again and he said he was positive. I asked four different ways about my account and he told me my address so he was looking at my account. I got there and they told me the opposite! Unbelievable, but it happened. They wasted an hour and half of my time, so this rating is merited."
