I used their online tool to get a quote on the damage on my car and the quote they sent was exorbitantly high. I got the same scratch removed for free from another auto body shop. My car was expected to be finished just after Thanksgiving, and there was a couple of days delay. But we got it all sorted out in the end. They didn't replace the windshield as requested, but they will arrange that for me. My car looks nearly brand new. I recommend."
