"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went to Steve as a child all the way until I became a teenager and with my experience with him, his practice is aggressive. He is very rough and hostile, and I always end up with a bloody mouth. As an adult, I was able to choose another provider and comparatively, my other dentist is much better by tenfold. My father went to get work done on June 9th, 2022; he does not speak English well nor does he understand it much as well, and he was asked, with attitude, to move his tongue. My father, being a 71 year old man, has a difficult time understanding, and keeping his mouth functions at bay; Steve then decided to aggressively stab his tongue out of the way causing a small laceration and discomfort. I am extremely angry on how my father was treated and we, as a family will NOT be going back after his last session with Steve. I have been working on finding a way to press charges on behalf of my father, but it has been difficult since I have learned there aren't any security cameras in the patient area. Please be an adult and control your aggression and hostility, Steve Nguyen. Thanks."
