"On the day I called to set up HER VERY FIRST appointment for my wife and the lady on the phone asked for my wife's insurance, i said she had aetna from her work and the receptionist said that works. On day of her appointment, they didn't ask my wife for her insurance information and made her pay in cash when they found out, after the cleaning work, that her work insurance didn't affiliate with them. You said she was put down as cash paying by your own employee yet you penalized your client for their mistake. Why nobody asked if she had insurance on appointment day? Very unprofessional crew."

"This place is TERRIBLE, I had scheduled a check up a week ahead and was set for today at 3pm, which I had to leave my work early to make it on time since I was told by the receptionist to be there 10 mins before my appointment to confirm my insurance. I show up at 2:30pm and no one’s there I figured maybe they’re out at lunch but then 2:50pm came and still doors were closed. I said ok fine maybe they’ll definitely be here by 3pm. No one ever showed up. I left at exactly 3:30pm. Waste of my time completely, will not be rescheduling if they’re out here wasting peoples time and not respecting my valuable time. This completely angers me because now I have to locate a different place and schedule else where and loose more time off work. I don’t normally do this but I definitely want others to know prior of scheduling with them, don’t waste your precious time here."
