"ABSOLUTE WORST DENTIST EVER. I normally don't leave reviews because I just move on with my life. When I came in and sat in the chair the doctor was training the employee on how to use the X-ray machine. There was no "Hi how are you?" No introduction whatsoever. She was very rough when opening my mouth and I ask her to please be more gentle. The doctor is the worst. No communication whatsoever and it seems like she doesn't care at all who sitting in the chair or how they feel. The cleaning was a joke. She polished 1st then the doctor came to scrape stuff off of my teeth and then they told me to leave. No flossing no rinsing no nothing. Absolutely horrible experience all around would not recommend this to anyone."

"I was referred by my dentist for crown. Dr. Truong came in and didn’t even greet and started to look at my teeth. She suggested cleaning, which I had done 2 weeks ago. She was very rough during the exam, because “it was hard to see”. What can I do except opening my mouth as much as I can on dentist chair? She sent me for root canal. When I came back after root canal, same thing: does greet and started to look at my teeth. She was still so rough. She even didn’t explain what she wants to do….After she numb my teeth, and did something, she left for another patient. I said to the dentist assistant” the Dr is rude”. The Dr might overheard. When she came back to me, she said I was not respecting her and I refused treatment, which was cleaning. The only thing I said during my first visit was “ I worked for a oral surgeon before. The oral surgeon said I can save my tooth and can do crown”. She asked me to sign the paper that I didn’t want her service anymore. I did. I work at a hospital, too. Health care providers should not only be good at their profession, but also respect their patients and consider their well being. I definitely don’t recommend this dentist."

"This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. Tina is magnificent. Angela is incredible and Maria is phenomenal. If there was an opportunity to put 10 stars I would. I am recommending their team to everyone I know. Thanks for your awesome, immaculate service."

"I wish giving 0 stars was an option. What a terrible experience. And I wasn't even started with the actual process. The x-ray was weird and scraped my gums. The x-ray was supposed to lay in your mouth so it can get a good view of the tooth, but instead, she shoved it down my throat forcefully until I gagged. It was terrible. The dentist is so unprofessional, she was raising her voice (I'm a minor btw), she wasn't willing to give me answers to my questions, she wasn't willing to have an effective conversation and she went on to "help" without even looking at the form to see any medicine I took or allergies. I was just letting her do her thing because she is a dentist but that didn't end well. She re-prescribed an antibiotic that I already was taking. Thank God I saw it before I left because it would've been bad if I just took her word for it. She is so focused on the money to the point she didn't even want to hear my problems. I don't recommend this, take care!"

"Tina Truong is the WORST dentist on the planet! I went to her to get my teeth checked because of a pain I've had for a while. First off, before asking what happened to me, she started listing prices. As a minor, I had to go there with a parent. She ordered my parent to stay out of the room when I told the dentist I was in pain while she was trying to take an x-ray in my mouth. She did about three takes by a student assistant, which was extremely painful. She pushed it down my throat. Then the assistant gave up and passed me on to the dentist. Troung forced it down my mouth and scraped my gums until it bled! I told her to stop and motioned my hand for her to take it out. She proceeded to slap my hand away and took the x-ray out of my mouth. The procedure was TERRIBLE! After the x-ray, she just kept talking. We couldn't understand each other because she couldn't properly speak English. She was about to continue with the procedure to extract my tooth without even letting me speak. I cut her off to ask a question and all she said was "let me finish". I did let her finish and when I asked her at the end, she just got up and left. She was so rude and unhelpful! And finally, this is being discussed by my parents lawyer and this is reported to BBB. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST!"
