"SO FED UP!!!! I want to start by saying Dr.Adam is an amazing dentist. Professional, kind & an expert in his work. I wish that whenever I came to this office he could have taken care of my teeth but unfortunately that’s not the case. Example 1 - I was once getting a cleaning done & the lady doing the cleaning who acted highly annoyed said to her colleague “ what is wrong with her tongue, she keeps moving” as If I wasn’t sitting in the chair. That’s so unprofessional & rude. Example 2: I did a consultation for Invisalign & afterwards called multiple times to follow up and see when I could start the process & each time I was told to “ call back later” or that “they would call me back” which they NEVER did. I ended up going back for a second Invisalign consultation because to much time passed since the last one. Same problem, no one would give me a clear answer on when I could start, no one followed up or got back to me. This was extremely frustrating. Example 3: I called on a SNOW day to reschedule my appointment the receptionist immediately goes “ $50 cancellation fee” normally I’d understand but you would think they would be understanding due to it being a snow day, WRONG! As I was speaking the receptionist proceeded to hang up on me. So rude & HIGHLY unprofessional. I can go on with more but at this point I will NEVER return to this office & neither will my family. (Only reason I gave it even 1 star is for Dr. Adam because he’s actually a great dentist)"

"I am writing this to express my deeply appreciation to the doctors and office staffs. I recently went through a miscarriage and at the same time many teeth problems (fillings, root canals, crowns). The doctors and all the staffs are very welcoming, warm and listening to my difficulties to help me through. They are all going an extra miles to help me with my insurance since all of my procedures needed to be pre-approve from my insurance for pregnancy. Dr. Dania was very gentle and did an amazing jobs for my teeth. Dr. Colomo spent a lot of time looking at two of my CT scans to explain and came up with treatment plan for my complicated case. He compared the two CTs scan to make sure the best option and low cost for my teeth. He was able to help relieved my concern for one root canal tooth that caused a concern for 20 years. He did an amazing and gentle work for my two other root canals. Lastly, I would like to thanks to all the office staffs who are always welcome my questions and solve my concern. Especially thanks to the office manager, Ms. Elif, she guided and explained very patiently with the problem of my insurance and very understanding with my special situation. I can feel that everyone in this office working with their hearts and love for the patients."

When I mention I would prefer an earlier time, they try their best to accommodate me. Especially front desk Ola and Francheska! They’re super communicative and friendly ❤️ Dr Dania was my Doctor in most of my appointments and I can’t talk enough about how great of a doctor she is. Very patient and understanding.
