"Quick lube in Middlesboro is a rip off. My girlfriend took her car there and had a oil change , it had a Nissan oil filter on it where it was done at a Dealer the time before . So after quick lube changed the oil we discovered the Nissan oil filter still on it. People don't stop there , I'd say in a lot of cases they dont even change the oil. The employees there need fired , they are scamming the money !!!!"

"I went in for a oil change and the strip the threads out on my oil pan it was leaking oil out around the bolt lucky I saw oil under my car so I checked it and saw oil leaking from around the bolt... my oil was so low it about blown up my motor... it cost me hundreds of dollars to fix I will never use them again so it anyone in middlesboro Kentucky do not use them or they will mess up your vehicle and act like they didn't do it I know the did mine because they are the only ones who have changed the oil in my vehicle no one else and if I could give them no stars I would...."
