"Our son is an LMU student that is 3 hours away from home. My son's vehicle was in the mechanic shop at home so he had to drive my mom's car back to school. Unfortunately, the vehicle broke down on him at a local store in Harrogate. We contacted Crater City Automotive to tow the car and to check it out for us. They did a great job and in a timely manner. "We relocated from Florida, and have had a couple issues with our car. The first time we pulled in and they were very helpful and fix our problem. Today, on the way to work, the car started have some major running problems. My husband took it to them, they helped find a reasonable solution and fixed it. We will continue using them for any of our auto needs. We are in the market for a new car, and I will be taking the new car to them too. Thanks for being honest and so nice! We appreciate you!"

"We backed out over into a ditch and Crater City Towing came out. We were in Pine Mountain State Park and they are very narrow roads where we were. The operator checked out several different ways to get the car out and it was oblivious he didn’t want to do any damage if it was possible to avoid. The muffler was in a position that it would be torn off if he just pulled it straight out so he built a ramp with rocks and a grate so the tire would lift before it hit the wall. He very kind and thoughtful. He took a lot of time to make sure the job was done safely. We’re not from the area but if we were from here, we’d definitely keep his number on hand."
