"Awkward interaction with two employees. I was wondering if they had received any Gilmore girls merchandise in the store and the first employee told me she was too young and had no idea what that was… (mind you I’m in my 20s so i don’t know how old she thought I was…) and the manager came by and showed me the golden girls display that she had put two Gilmore girls items on. I said “ohhh you put the gilmore girls stuff with golden girls stuff?” And she yelled “Well we didn’t have enough items to make a whole display!”. I felt uncomfortable or that I had inconvenienced them so I ended up just leaving but very awkward interactions."

"Let me set the stage. 8:50 on Feb 13 A desperate parent enters the store in search of 15 valentines for a class of 3 year olds. With 10 minutes left before the store closes the associates don’t rush the harried parent out. Instead they point out items on sale and desperately comb the store for something to help. Unfortunately I am both desperate but picky and I leave without valentines for the class. But not for lack of the staff trying! I also left right at 9:00. So I suck but am not the worst… so there’s that"

"I have recently become a member of this Hallmark community. It all started here among my shopping travels I found this little gem as well. The people are very helpful and knowledgeable of the cards locations you've asked about. I love the gold emblem received to add just a little more significance to my cards . The young lady made sure that I had plenty for all my purchased cards and the freebie I received from my purchases and coupon from being a member. Very nice location with plenty of parking. The staff is aweome."
