"A solid Chinese place in Blacksburg. The food is a little on the pricy end, but it's still a good choice for special occosions with large groups of people. However, the quality has recently declined. They feel a little under-staffed so you usually have to wait a bit to get seated and tables aren't super clean. The food has also gone downhill (I heard that they got new chefs). What was once authentic and tasty food is no longer as good."
"After the Virginia Tech game these three frozen Hispanics needed to thaw out and eat something. Not knowing the layout of the land, I selected something way different than what we had been eating so spicy Chinese food sounded great. The restaurant is located in a weird location and parking might be an issue if all the shops were open in that strip area. We entered and were seated quickly. The servers were acting like if they had just done a triathlon. There were tables that hadn't been cleared. After a while our server arrived ready to take our order yet we had been seated with no menus or drink orders taken. The bathrooms were clean and located to the right of the kitchen. My two boys are really not creative and always order orange chicken. I ordered twice cooked pork with eggplant. The food arrived quick with the chicken a bit sweet yet the eggplant was delicious with the garlic sauce. The portions were ok yet three plates for $47 bucks makes it hard to give two thumbs up."
"The service is okay. The spicy beef, chicken mushroom and eggplant were the only good. The crispy porkchop were really hard, the Bokchoy were a bit salty and the dry hotpot is just so so."
"Great service but I felt the menu was a bit confusing. I expected the noodle dish to be more like a lo mein but it was like udon with a lot of broth, and the roast duck pieces had bones to pick around. The flavor was fantastic and not too spicy though. The crab rangoons were very tasty. The Thai tea was a bit weak in flavor. I'd be willing to try them again and ask more questions about the dishes."
"We come to this area for the weekend and found this restaurant so we want to try since we like spicy food. We ordered spicy green beans and Spicy Szechuan fish fillets. They come with white rice. The spicy green beans very tasty and also the spicy Szechuan fish tasty also but we feel numb on our tongues I guess they put too much MSG and oil. The spicy Szechuan fish fillets with broccoli, fried tofu, onion, Chinese cabbage come in the large hot pot like soup; that big pot can eat for 4-5 people. We end up have to take some home since there are a lot of foods. The cost of spicy. Szechuan fish fillets is $29.95, and the spicy green beans cost $13.95."
